About This Initiative

Balochistan is Pakistan's largest province by area but has the lowest doctor-to-patient ratio in the country — just 0.4 doctors per 1,000 people, compared to the national average of 1.0. In remote districts like Khuzdar, Kalat, and Washuk, patients often travel 4–6 hours to reach the nearest health facility.

FGRF's Mobile Health Clinic Programme deploys 10 fully equipped medical vans — each staffed by a doctor, nurse, paramedic, and community health worker — to rotate through fixed weekly schedules across 15 districts. Each clinic visit provides free consultations, basic diagnostics, medicines, maternal health check-ups, immunisations, and health education.

Since 2015, we have treated over 1.5 million patients. In 2024 alone, 47,000 women received ante-natal care and 12,000 children completed full immunisation schedules — statistics that would simply not exist without this programme.
